Welcome! Summer Brook Apartments is proud to offer affordable housing programs. Our community participates in the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, which helps provide quality, affordable housing. LIHTC eligibility is based on households earning up to 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Income limits vary by household size and unit type, are set annually, and may change from year to year. We also offer 33 project-based Section 8 units, where rent is based on household income.
